GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS (COMMODITY)
(Padang)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the profit and loss of the company
Supervise other managers and staff
Coordinate business operations and develop business strategies
Oversee a budget
Set goals for an entire department or division based on the company's plans
Recruiting the best fit staff
Make presentations to top management of the company
Develop new business opportunities
Write reports on business operations for the management
Negotiate with suppliers & vendors
Requirements:
Male
Candidate must possess Master Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Having experiences for 7 years in the same field
Leadership ability
Having experience in Commodity Business
Work independently without direct supervision
Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies
Thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
Able to supervise a large staff of middle management and support staff
Problem-solving and conflict management
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate
Willing to be placed in Padang (Payakumbuh)
